e-axon allows only verified opt-in subscriptions, and ensures that all consumers can opt-out quickly, easily and permanently from any communication they receive.
Every consumer who subscribes to a company that uses our services has their own free 'consumer account' which stores their personal details and a record of all of their subscriptions. This is accessed online, making it easy for consumers to update their details, opt-out, opt-in, and review what they are subscribed to.
All member companies are required to adhere to a strict code of conduct, and must be registered under the Data Protection Act where necessary.
Sinus Node is registered under the Data Protection Act to handle personal data, and we are proactive in ensuring that personal data is kept safe.
